In the first month or so coworkers thought they were the boss and was a little annoying, other coworkers stationed at one of the elementary school’s were/are lazy with bad work ethic resulting in myself and my usual coworkers having to do our job and then going over and “HELPING” them “finish” up, only to find out after getting there, NONE!!!?!? Of there work , was even started! In 8 hrs!work gets dumped on you especially if you’re a good worker, Ugh! Only other cons would be, on occasions, bad or lack of communication and low starting pay and have to get back to you about experiences with the health insurance status and whether it’s good,bad, or ugly!lol
